This title is for women between the ages of 21 and 29. Ms. Diamond has just entered into adulthood and is starting to make her own choices, choose her own path and know her own mind. 

Reigning Queens' Year of Service will consist of, but is not limited to, monthly meetings and events, social media presence, community outreach, and advocacy.
